Terms & conditions:

(1)I understand that TribeFit and GymNation have formed a partnership to enable TribeFit members to have avail and transfer their membership to GymNation.

(2)I confirm I wish to transfer, at no extra membership cost to me, my membership, i.e., my unutilised TribeFit club access, group classes and/or unutilised personal training sessions (the “Membership Services”) previously purchased from Tribe Fitness LLC (“TribeFit”), (through the “Transfer Program”), to GymNation Limited (“GymNation”).

(3)I accept the Membership Services of GymNation defined as the GymNation Plus package (listed below) for the period of my unutilised Membership Services I had at TribeFit.

(4)If I purchased and had unutilised personal training sessions at TribeFit, I confirm that I shall avail of these, at no extra cost to me, at GymNation, and will coordinate with GymNation and their personal trainers directly.

(5)I confirm that by transferring my Membership Services from TribeFit to GymNation, I will get access to all fitness clubs operated by GymNation and will no longer have access to TribeFit’s facilities and/or trainers and will have no claim whatsoever against TribeFit, arising out of, or in any way related to, the temporary transfer of facilities to another location or even permanent closure of any facilities of TribeFit in respect to the Membership Services that have not been used by me at TribeFit. Further, as per TribeFit’s contract, I understand there are no refunds from TribeFit and I waive any and all claims in respect thereto and release and discharge TribeFit in relation to any liability in respect thereto. I further confirm that I shall not have any right to cancel, assign or transfer the benefits obtained pursuant to the Transfer Program and accordingly no refunds will be made by GymNation.

(6)As TribeFit and GymNation are working in partnership, I consent to TribeFit disclosing all details of the Membership Services and identity and personal data and documents to GymNation for the purposes of transferring my membership to GymNation. I further consent to the collection / processing / transfer of my personal data and other information by TribeFit and/or GymNation and agree they may use my personal data to send me marketing updates, including by email or SMS.

(7)I accept that the GymNation Plus club access and benefits and group exercise classes and/or personal training, shall be subject to the standard terms and conditions of GymNation as posted at https://gymnation.ae/terms-conditions/ as amended by the above terms and conditions.
